High Silica Fiberglass Casting Filter Mesh
High silica fiberglass casting filter mesh is treated by high-temperature resistant coating to form rigid sheets. It is used for filtering melting metal in the casting of grey cast iron and ductile cast iron. Two types of filter mesh are available:
XR-II: leno woven (XR-IIa is a lighter style; XR-IIb a heavy style) and suitable for grey cast iron and ductile cast iron.
XR-III: mock leno woven and suitable for small scale cast steel.
Standard hole size: 1.0x1.0, 1.5x1.5, 2.0x2.0, 3.0x3.0mm
Standard sheet size: 300x150mm, other sizes to a maximum of 1000 x
800mm are available upon request.
